• The Leesburg Town Hall Garage offers free parking for the first 2 hours, then is $1/hour thereafter. It is accessible from both Market Street and Loudoun Street. 

Visitors are not permitted to park in the post office's lot or the Loudoun County Employee Garage next to the county building on Loudoun Street between Church Street and Harrison Street. Parking in either of these locations, especially the post office lot, may result in your vehicle being ticketed or towed at the owner's sole risk and expense.
